How you start your day will impact how you spend your day. I personally have a simple, steady morning routine since years. I remember starting out working, I was the person jumping out of bed almost directly into the metro (having taken a shower of course š¤£).
As soon as I took more responsibility, I discovered that it wasnāt a good idea to ājump from my bed into the officeā.

Staying hydrated is importatantl for maintaining good health. A good health is crucial to have a good performance in your job. Our bodies are made up of mostly water, and we lose fluids throughout the day doing almost anything including breathing. Drinking a glass of water is a great way to rehydrate and replenish the fluids we lose. Iām a coffee lover, however I always drink water before I have my first coffee.
